Soil: Alluvions Argilo - limoneux, Arènes Monzogranitiques

Harvest:  Hand harvesting

Vinification: Direct Pressing. Fermentation in barrels (500L) and large oak vats (25HL)

Aging/Maturation: Aging on fine lees in large oak vats and barrels for 4 months

Certification: Organically certified by ECOCERT, grapes from Demeter-certified farming

Serving temperature: 10/12°c

Capacity: 750ml standard bottle
